Throughout the years, organizations have realized that organizational culture is an important factor and influencer for achieving organizational goals and managing risks. However, it isn’t always easy to define the organizational culture or to define which behavior is expected from the employees. In this module, we will look into the importance of organizational culture, which (behavioral) factors have an influence on the organizational culture and what can be done to achieve a culture that is beneficial to the organization, its employees and other stakeholders.
The aim of this training is to provide a better understanding of the importance of conduct and culture for organizations, to explore how organizational culture can be identified and analyzed and what can be done to improve it.
