This course will be conducted in English. 

The BOTO 2 is a continuation of Basic Trust Officer 1 (BOTO 1). The course is designed for employees of trust offices who need in-depth knowledge to effectively perform their duties.

For whom?
You have successfully completed the course Basic Trust Officer 1 (BOTO 1) and have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.

Level: (at least) HBO+

Structure of the training
Length: 37 hours, excluding self-study hours/preparation.
The course consists of 7 meetings.

Learning Objectives
Whereas BOTO 1 focuses on knowing and understanding laws and regulations, BOTO 2 focuses more on developing insight and applying this knowledge. Upon completion of the course, you will have a thorough understanding of relevant laws and regulations, understand your responsibilities as a trust office and be able to effectively apply this knowledge in practice.
